Leah LeCates will donate one wig per year to a woman in need through the Wigs for Life Legacy. Additional wigs will be acquired and distributed as donations allow. If you are in need of a wig, or know someone who is, please contact Leah LeCates of Home Mortgage Services at (410) 208- 9990.
